F-30 heavy-duty neat cutting oil and Fg-18 ultra EP cutting oil are compounded with highly refined low-aromatic base oil, high-concentration sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure anti-wear additives, cleaning dispersants, multi-metal rust inhibitors and low-foam modifiers. Chlorine-free, low odor, stable under high temperature and heavy load. They serve heavy stock removal, hard alloy steel, thick workpiece cutting, deep hole machining and high-torque forming cuts, effectively suppress tool burn, built-up edge and workpiece surface tearing, extend cutter lifespan and guarantee dimensional stability.

Balanced lubrication and cooling performance for alloy steel, bearing steel, structural steel and general mold steel. Provides reliable inter-process rust protection for large machined blanks, easy to be cleaned with Fx-13 solvent cleaner after processing.

Medium viscosity with ultra-high active EP additive package, superior load-carrying capacity compared to conventional heavy-duty grades. Optimized for high-torque deep hole drilling, heavy reaming, hard material tapping and interrupted heavy cutting.
