Product Overview

EP150 and EP320 fully synthetic heavy-duty gear oil are refined from high-quality fully synthetic base oil with imported extreme pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant and rust-inhibiting compound additives through advancedmicroemulsion processing technology. It is a multi-functional industrial lubricant specially designed for heavy-duty gear transmission systems. It can also be used as metal working fluid and cutting fluid for heavy cutting of carbon steel, alloy steel and cast iron. Featuring ultra-high load capacity, excellent high-temperature resistance, stable performance and outstanding corrosion resistance, this factory-direct oil is cost-effective and widely used for heavy machinery and metalworking industries.

1. Fully Synthetic Formula with Ultra-long Service Life Made of 100% synthetic base oil, it provides far better oxidation and thermal stability than mineral gear oil. It resists coking and carbon deposition under continuous high temperature, greatly extending oil change cycle and reducing maintenance costs.

Grade Differences

EP150: Moderate viscosity and good fluidity, suitable for medium-speed and medium-load gear equipment and general metal cutting processes. EP320: Higher viscosity with stronger oil film strength and load capacity, specially designed for low-speed heavy-load, high-temperature gearboxes and high-strength metalworking conditions.
